Common Questions
What counts as 1 credit?
One full trip report (weather + packing tips + restaurants + hotels + places + budget) uses 1 credit. Each follow-up chat message also uses 1 credit. Note: The free Packing List tool on the homepage doesn’t use credits.
When do credits expire?
Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Buying any new pack automatically extends ALL of your existing credits to a fresh 12-month window — so active travelers never lose what they’ve already paid for. You’ll see your expiry date in your dashboard, and we’ll email you 30 days before anything is about to expire.
Can I buy more packs?
Yes! You can buy multiple packs. Credits stack up — buying an Explorer pack adds 50 credits on top of what you already have.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal — we never store your card details. All transactions are encrypted.
What if the AI gives wrong info?
AI advice is a helpful starting point — always verify critical details (visas, entry requirements) with official sources. We refund credits if our system fails.
Do I need an account?
Yes — a free account is required to purchase and use credits. The basic packing list tool works without an account.
