What counts as 1 credit?
One full trip report (weather + packing + restaurants + hotels + places + budget) uses 1 credit. Each follow-up chat message also uses 1 credit.
When do credits expire?
Credits expire 6 months from the date of purchase. You'll see your expiry date in your dashboard.
Can I buy more packs?
Yes! You can buy multiple packs. Credits stack up — buying an Explorer pack adds 50 credits on top of what you already have.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal — we never store your card details. All transactions are encrypted.
What if the AI gives wrong info?
AI advice is a helpful starting point — always verify critical details (visas, entry requirements) with official sources. We refund credits if our system fails.
Do I need an account?
Yes — a free account is required to purchase and use credits. The basic packing list tool works without an account.
