📋 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIPackList (aipacklist.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

🎒 The Service

AIPackList provides:

  • A free AI-assisted travel packing list generator
  • A premium AI Travel Advisor (requires purchased credits)
  • Printable packing lists via email

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

👤 User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One account per person — do not share accounts
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

💳 Credits & Payments

  • Credits are purchased for use with the AI Advisor feature
  • Credits expire 6 months from the date of purchase
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law
  • Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal
  • If an AI query fails due to a server error on our side, credits will be refunded automatically
Refund policy: Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you contact us. After 7 days, no refunds are issued.

🤖 AI Advisor Disclaimer

The AI Advisor provides travel suggestions for informational purposes only. Please see our full Disclaimer for details. Key points:

  • AI recommendations may not always be accurate or up to date
  • Always verify critical information (visas, health requirements) with official sources
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

🚫 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our service
  • Use automated tools to make excessive API requests
  • Share or sell your account credentials
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach our security
  • Use the AI Advisor to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPackList and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

  • Reliance on AI-generated travel advice
  • Loss of data or credits
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Unauthorized access to your account

📝 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
