By using AIPackList you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights, our service, and the limits of our liability.

📋 Use of service

  • You may use AIPackList for personal, non-commercial travel planning.
  • You agree not to abuse the AI (rate limits apply), scrape the site, or attempt to bypass security.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

👤 Accounts

  • Account creation is optional and free; you can use the tool anonymously.
  • New accounts receive 3 free AI credits on signup to try premium features.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • Free accounts can save up to 20 lists. Credit accounts can save up to 50.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

💳 Payments & refunds

  • The free tier is free forever — no credit card required.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits delivered to your account are not eligible for refund, exchange, or cash value. Please review your order carefully before completing a purchase.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevented credits from being delivered after a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve the delivery or, where required by applicable law, process a refund.

AIPackList provides packing suggestions, not professional travel, medical, legal or safety advice. You are responsible for the final decisions about what to pack and how to travel.
